With the countdown to the forthcoming Nas album officially having started once the controversial title was released, renewed interest in all things Nas has ever done, whether present or past, has revealed some rare finds. Although the tracks for either of these two videos did not make it onto Greatest Hits, Nas' or mine, anything new from one of Queensbridge's finest is worth a look-see.

The "lost" videos after the jump...
I like the direction and minimal styling of the video for "The Unauthorized Biography of Rakim" although this clip is unfortunately too short for me to form a real opinion about it. As a fan of most anything animated, however, I am totally feeling the second video from the vault for Nas' "These Are Our Heroes."
Now if only someone could have found a lost video for "Ether" in the vault, would this be all the more worthwhile.
