Green Bench's Gangsta Love Vol. 2 Makes Misogynistic Urban Radio Tunes More Palatable

Remember Hey Love? It was the slow jam compilation similar to the Time-Life music boxsets, but the commercial  aired late at night on BET, and "Greer Childs" from She's Gotta Have It said to his man, "My brother, you got to buy your own." If you don't remember, you either didn't have BET in your home or you just weren't born before 1982. In any case, Phonte from Little Brother does remember these commercials, and is featured in the Gangsta Love Vol. 2 compilation by the Green Bench comedy troupe featuring some of the most misogynistic R&B and rap songs sung by a soulful trio. It's the actual singing of these ridiculous lyrics with the hilarious commentary that truly exposes how ridiculous these songs truly are. I didn't get a chance to see Vol. 1, but if it's as funny as this clip is, then I'll send my check or money order to cop this with the quickness. Be aware that some of this is NSFW, but you can always peep this once you get home if you can't sneak a peek.

The original Hey Love commercial is after the bounce.
