N.A.S.A., a production duo du jour, have been courted pretty heavily by tastemaker blogs and publications alike lately. Their recent single featuring Kanye West, Santogold, and Swedish singer Lykke Li wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but their latest, "Money," whose video is below is something I can definitely take some sips of. Featuring a guest collaborator list that could rival "We Are The World" and propaganda-inspired design of Shephard Fairey, this is a video that is captivating to say the least. Where else would you be able to find Chuck D, David Byrne of Talking Heads fame, Brazilian singer Seu Jorge (giving David Bowie tunes a Brazilian twist in Wes Anderson's movies), reggae artist Ras Congo, and DJ Z-Trip? I do believe this song will do nicely on my tropical-influenced music mix to ward off the Winter blues.
