En Vogue Gets ‘Private’ With A&E

Raise your hand if, like us, you missed En Vogue on A&E's Private Sessions Sunday morning? Now slap yourself with said hand because it looks like we all missed quite an exciting and intriguing hour of television. The Funky Divas sat down with host Lynn Hoffman for an in-depth interview and also performed four songs from their catalog of hits, in addition to being joined by surprise guests Salt-N-Pepa, Boyz II Men and Holly Robinson-Peete on the show. In case you haven't heard by now, En Vogue is back together again as if they never took a multi-year break. The original lineup, consisting of Cindy Herron-Braggs, Terry Ellis, Maxine Jones and Dawn Robinson, is in tact and these sistas are looking good and sounding even better. Although I missed Private Sessions Sunday morning, I did get a chance to see En Vogue perform live later that night at the Capital Jazz Fest and they were excellent. My bootleg videos are yet to come, but in the meantime enjoy these clips from Private Sessions below, after the bounce and also on A&E's website since it looks like they have yet to schedule any repeats of this episode.
