Just in time for fall, the fourth annual Hennessey Artistry Tour will be hitting four cities near you, featuring Chicago's own Common as the curator and headliner. As if you needed more incentive, The Legendary Roots Crew will be on board as well, serving as the tour's house band. Each show will feature both up-and-coming artists and iconic special guests, giving the tour a unique blend. You know, like a cognac. This year marks the first time a hip-hop artist has served as headliner, with R&B singers Ne-Yo and Kelis serving as previous curators. "The Roots and I are really collaborating to create a musical blend of talent that will do Artistry justice," says Common. "We are planning some surprises as well, it should be quite an experience and I am thrilled to be a part of it." This year's tour will be anchoring in Chicago (September 12th), Atlanta (September 19th), Houston (October 3rd), and New York City (October 7th). Oh, and don't worry. We got you.
