With the intention of showing how artists are fans, too, the series Dusty Fingers presented by Yours Truly offers mad proof of that thesis. And although this video of Melanie Fiona perusing records at a specialty record shop went up a while ago, she's effervescent and humble enough to make this worth a posting. She sings some Sam Cooke impromptu and then geeks out about the low cost of his record, she reflects on Michael Jackson's ability to get anybody to move, and she offers insight into her stage performance and love of music. Plus she's a joy to watch.
