Nathan and Wanya Morris, of the legendary R&B group Boyz II Men, announced that their fellow bandmate, Shawn Stockman, has been diagnosed with the H1N1 virus aka swine flu. The illness prevented Shawn from performing at the 2009 Soul Train Music Awards, resulting in Nathan and Wanya holding it down as a duo.
According to Nathan, "It's hectic for us always being in airplanes and airports. He got sick, and it hit him pretty hard. I talked to (Stockman) today, and he is doing much better."
Boyz II Men have been on the road promoting their upcoming album, Love, which will be released November 17th. Our thoughts and prayers are with Shawn and all others who are suffering through this illness. We look forward to his speedy recovery and return to the stage. [H/T: CNN]
