Usher Gets Caught 'Slippin''

While we wait for Usher to release his sixth album, Raymond v. Raymond, we
get to take a break from his bass-thumping, club-friendly songs. It's not that I don't
like rocking to the beat every now and then, I just like a little variety in my
life. On this single, instead of telling his boo that he's filing his "Papers," he takes responsibility for their failing relationship in "Slippin'." The message is quite simple: Don't get caught slipping in your
relationship. He warns listeners of the pitfalls of taking their significant other for granted and advises that if you're not careful you'll wind up at home all
alone. His message is straightforward and to the point. It's unclear if this beautiful
plea will be included on his new album, but it should be.
