If you stuck around after that marathon Oscars telecast and your local evening news on Sunday night, then you may have seen the Jimmy Kimmel Live post-Oscar special. I happened to miss it, but thanks to the magic of YouTube the skit that has everyone talking--the Handsome Men's Club--is available online for your viewing and ROFL pleasure. There was a lack of diversity in the HMC, until the 5:30 mark in the video when Lenny Kravitz in all his fine glory comes onto the scene singing then later delivering one of the funniest lines of this entire bit.

He's such a good actor, it's indescribable. OK, OK, maybe I'm
exaggerating from that brief performance, but the beautiful Mr. Kravitz
is coming into his own as a thespian and has landed a part in the next Lee Daniels film alongside Robert De Niro and Hugh Jackman. Lenny will play civil rights activist Andrew Young in Selma, a film centered on the relationship between Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and President Lyndon Johnson against the backdrop of the civil dischord of the mid-'60s. That sounds like a film that I can't wait to see. Lenny Kravitz is just the cherry on top.
