Since debuting his newest CD Another Round, Jaheim has demonstrated that he is doing what it takes to stay in the game for the long run. The new video for his single "Finding My Way Back" is making it easy to forgive him for the pretty lame vid for his first single "Ain't Leaving Without You," which, despite the formulaic video, is a nice groove. This new video is one of the slower tracks on the CD that I told you about earlier this year as being all that and then some. Jaheim should be commended for investing in a plot this time around and securing the lovely Regina King as his lady love in the vid and the director, too. That's right. Regina has come a long way from her days as Brenda on the Marla Gibbs' sitcom 227 with directing new projects and currently starring in the TNT drama Southland. This video has an element of drama and emotion that is pleasant to watch and easy to relate to for anyone who has watched a relationship fall apart. She has created a music video that grown folks can enjoy listening to and watching.

Jaheim performed "Finding My Way Back" last week on
The Wendy Williams Show and is expected to tour this
summer with Anthony Hamilton, Raheem DeVaughn and Lyfe
Jennings. I'm definitely looking forward to that tour, which I would bet will be the
#1 girls night out choice when it comes to town.
