Way back when we alerted y'all to Bilal's upcoming album, described as a "mix of jazz, hip-hop, soul, blues and experimental free music," we were just excited to know that someone would be able to really and truly come through on their promises. Now we can definitively say that Airtight's Revenge will be released September 14th on the Plug Research label. Featuring producers such as 88 Keys, Shafiq Husayn and Nottz, we haven't been this excited since we actually got confirmation--fingers still crossed--that Lauryn Hill would be performing at this year's Rock The Bells Festival. We don't want summer to end, but at least we'll know what's in store when it's over.
