If you were on Twitter in any way this weekend, then you undoubtedly heard about Jay Electronica's signing to Jay-Z's Roc Nation late last week. While Jay El's fans took to Twitter offering most sincere congratulations, a possibly hurt Diddy took to the social media network to possibly throw some cryptic shade, which he's gone on to deny today. A new album from Jay is reported to be slated for 2011's first quarter, but until then we have the aptly titled "The Announcement" that dropped shortly after his announcing that he was signed to Roc Nation. For what it's worth, it's alright. It's not my favorite but at least my dream for Jay to release an album will soon be realized. For now, take a listen to some new Jay Elec.
