The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has once again nominated and then failed to induct legendary emcee LL Cool J into its ranks, which include Chuck Berry, The Staples Singers and Run-DMC. Some are crying foul at this repeat pass-over, which seems to be fair enough considering that it's the second time. He joins The Beastie Boys and Bon Jovi, among others, on the sideline this year. It may be conspicuous that he's not made the cut a few times but considering how many other performers haven't made the cut over the years, it's not so bad. Or is it? [H/T: HHDX]
