If you haven't already gotten the free download of The Beast & Nnenna Freelon's Freedom Suite, then what are you waiting on? No, seriously. Good music is hard to come by and an entire album of good music that's free is an even rarer occurrence. However, Freedom Suite--dipped in equal parts hip hop, jazz and soul--delivers that in spades, but in the event that you need more confirmation here's another freebie from The Beast to groove to. "Come Up, Come Down" tells the tale of a young woman who likes to get lifted.
