The special late-night show takes place on Saturday, April 9th and promises to be an intimate affair. - Entries will only be accepted between the hours of 7 pm Thursday, 3/31 until 12 noon on Thursday, 4/7.
- One entry per person.

- Entrants must be in the New York City area or vicinity and available to attend a show at Blue Note Jazz Club located at 131 W. 3rd St on Saturday, 4/9 at 12:30 am.
- Two winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants on Thursday, 4/7 to each receive a pair of complimentary tickets to the show.
- The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone by Thursday, 4/7 and provided with further details.
