Hey Kids, Beyoncé Wants You To 'Move Your Body'

One year ago, First Lady Michelle Obama launched the Let's Move! initiative to battle childhood
obesity. The campaign provides tips for parents and schools to feed children healthier foods. And,
since nearly one in three children in America are overweight or obese, and are at risk of diabetes, heart
disease, high blood pressure, and/or asthma, the campaign also focuses on encouraging kids to be more
active. In a pretty genius move, banking on all the popularity that the original "Get Me Bodied" (and all
of its viral mockeries, tributes, and spoofs) won a few years ago, Lady Obama recruited Beyoncé to
create a new song and video, to the same tune. "Get Me Bodied" has now become "Move Your Body," and it inspires
kids to shake and shimmy their way to being heart healthy for the new "Let's Move! Flash Workout" campaign.
The video airs on May 3rd, at middle and high schools that are joining the campaign. See Beyoncé behind the scenes of the new video below, and see her keeping up with the youngins as they practice the workout's choreography after the bounce.
