My how time flies. This year is quickly running toward the finish line, and it's been almost a year since we've gotten any new music from one of our favorite Amsterdam exports and a member of the Red Bull Music Academy's class of 2011, Full Crate. Last November's "Cut the Barb" single had us soul clapping it up, and now he's back with Golden Glasses, a new EP full of more electro-soul goodness. Primarily all instrumentals with the exception of Chris Turner guesting on one track, this five-song EP packs quite a punch with its weekend-ready mellow and groove-laden vibes. Full Crate shows his mastery as a DJ and producer with a full plate of samples, beats, and chops. But we've been knowing how tight this cat's work is for a while now with his work with fellow Dutchmen Mar and FS Green.
