Are you guys ready? Only a couple short weeks remain before the November 8th arrival of Meshell Ndegeocello's latest opus Weather. I'm already anxious to hear how the record will sound, especially if it's going in the direction of "Dirty World," which we let you hear a little over a month ago. Well, if that wasn't enough of a sampling for you, try the latest leak from the album "La Petit Mort." If you're up on your French lessons, then you'll recognize that "La Petit Mort" or "Little Death" is an idiom for an orgasm. Of course this isn't surprising, as Meshell's been known to get a little freaky on record, but if you're a fan of when Ms. Ndegeocello takes it to the sensual level, you won't be disappointed. Led by a slow, but steady bass line, she sighs a husky "Who's you daddy?" and answers sweetly "You are." It seems as if Weather is going to be interesting, indeed.
