With the submission deadline approaching fast, the remixes to Lalah Hathaway's "My Everything" are coming at us fast and furious from our SoulBounce friends and family. This one from our Detroit homie B. Williams hit my inbox earlier this week, and it truly is a gem. Much like the first remix that we heard of this track, B. decided to not go the obvious route with an uptempo and also turned this dance song into something of the slow jam variety. He reworks the track into a love song, which it was clearly meant to be in the first place, highlighting Lalah's always on-point delivery and the lyrics. I love, love, love the electric guitar he added to the bridge, which gives it an Isley Brothers feel. If you'd like to own this track, then B.
