One of the great things about this time of year is the huge amount of music that is given away by some of our favorite artists. Jumping on the bandwagon is British songstress Tawiah, who has released the five-track EP, Run, as a free download. We have been waiting forever quite some time for a new release from one of our favorite UK artists, so this should tide us over until her debut album drops, hopefully in early 2012. The EP contains a cover of the holiday standard "Little Drummer Boy," delivered in Tawiah's distinctly British way, as well as two new tracks, "Run" and "Don't Know You Yet," plus two alternate versions of "Run." After hearing this alongside her Cee-Lo collaboration, the acoustic versions of "Break Away" and "Starts Again," and the rumored first single from her album, "Sweet Me," I am very excited to hear what Tawiah will bring on a full-length album.
