Considering she's been in the game for more than 10 years, it's hard to believe that Julie Dexter has never released an official music video for any of her songs. Yet, she was still able to maintain a core following that's allowed her to make it as an independent artist for over a decade. With the release of her first video for the track "New Again," Dexter finally gives fans some visuals. Taken from her fifth album of the same name, she sticks to the formula that has sustained her at a time when a fight scene on Love & Hip Hop lasts longer than the average artist's career. Directed by Alex Magana, viewers are walked through the demise of a couple's relationship, retracing the paths they took that led them to that point. While most of us will have to make due with the video, fans in the New York City area can see her do her thing live on Thursday, March 8th when she takes the stage at DROM.
