The ever-humble musician blessed the audience with two performances, "Black Gold" and "Crowned & Kissed." Jon Stewart in awe. I was beyond excited when she performed one of my faves from the album, "Crowned & Kissed." She also showcased her sense of humor during her brief interview with Stewart, explaining to him the meaning of her band's name,
Radio Music Society, and explaining how the genre determines how a bassist holds his instrument. Seriously, the lady with the crystal clear voice can do no wrong in my book. And the fact that she rocks the hell out of the bass only makes me that much more of a
stan fan.
