There is no worse feeling in the world than facing the stark realization that a relationship has run its course. Regardless of how great the good times were, sometimes you just have to accept that you and that used-to-be-special someone would be better apart. Nicholas Ryan Gant tackles all of those emotions in his new video, "Memory." Taking us through the course of a relationship, from its inception to its demise, anybody whose ever been in this position will surely be feeling this one. Though the video left me feeling more than a little blah, the lyrics definitely speak to my heart. The song is the first single from his latest album, Promises, which is available today via his Bandcamp page. Recorded and mixed by Muhsinah, another SB fave, this album will surely find itself a place on many an iPod this summer.
