Alabama Shakes Rattle & Roll On 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon'

Late Night with Jimmy Fallon isn't exactly at Arsenio Hall Show levels of regularly epic performances, but it's well on its way. I mean, Jimmy Fallon can't lose with The Roots as his house band, but he really wins when talent such as Alabama Shakes is booked. This five-piece from Alabama has been all the rage since hitting the music scene in 2011 with their rock 'n soul sound and releasing their debut album, Boys & Girls, in April of this year. The focus of many a review has been on front woman Brittany Howard whose voice rages like a storm, especially on their live shows. Well, Hurricane Brittany blew onto the Late Night stage last night and ripped that sucker into ittt bitty pieces. She tuned up like a Baptist preacher as she tore into "Be Mine" and took the entire audience to church, even taking Jimmy by the hand toward the end of the song to lead him to the truth and the light. Take a look at Brittany and the boys below and become a believer.
