We're coming into the home stretch before we can get our hands on Elle Varner's Perfectly Imperfect, which hits stores on August 7th. And for those who might've been turned off by her lackluster performance at this year's BET Awards Pre-Show, allow her latest single "I Don't Care" to lure her back to your graces. Like her debut "Only Wanna Give It To You," this one features Elle waxing poetic about love over a familiar hip-hop sample. I must say, this is definitely Elle's sweet spot, as her sweet, slightly raspy vocals shine as she sings about going in the deep end for a love that makes her shed her pride and announce it to the world. Maybe it's her '90's throwback sound or just the fact that she's just so adorable, but I can't deny that she's got something that I'm definitely digging. We'll see come August 7th if Perfectly Imperfect will be as great as the songs we've heard so far.
