The Roy Ayers' classic "Everybody Loves the Sunshine" is one of those tracks that everybody and their Grandma knows -- and nearly as many people have covered or sampled. Off the top of my head, I can think of Incognito, Omar, Mary J. Blige, Common and D'Angelo, but the list is almost endless. Adding to that list is French producer Medline who, along with guest vocalist Roni Alkekeni, deliver an updated yet faithful take on the original. The track is set to appear on his upcoming album, People Make the World Go Round, which Medline himself describes as "a tribute album to the Jazz Funk Masters who provided the DNA of the original rap sh-t."
