Is There No 'Limit To' Jesse Boykins III's Talent?

When James Blake covered Feist's "Limit To Your Love" the blogosphere lost their collective musical minds and everyone was hailing him as the next big thing, seemingly out of nowhere. What many didn't realize was that he already had a hefty following thanks to his two previous EPs, CMYK and Klavierwerke. Well, another cover of Feist's beautiful, if somewhat somber, track has surfaced, this time courtesy of SoulBounce regular Jesse Boykins III. Only time will tell if the cover will serve the same purpose as it did for Blake and alert the musical masses to his talent, but for those already aware of Jesse's back catalog this should make a very worthy addition to your collection. Rather than a straight up cover of the original, Jesse injects a little reggae/dub bounce, transforming the overall sound of the song, while maintaining its understated beauty. The cover was recorded as part of an In Session show for Gilles Peterson's 6 Music show, which you can catch in full here, but only for the next four days, so hurry!
