After releasing a series of singles and an EP, Dutch production duo The Pilots are gearing up for their first full-length release, Travelling Through Thoughts. Combining their disparate musical influences, Thomas Weidijk and Moreno Matulessy are aiming to deliver a project of "soulful production based at the same time on classic jazzy influence and actual electronic sound," and if their first single is any indication, they may just have achieved it. "Don't Hurt Yourself" sees the pair team up with vocalist Miles Bonny for a chilled slice of jazzed-out soul, complete with some beautiful horn work also courtesy of Miles. There's no release date for the album as yet, but we will certainly be keeping our eyes and ears peeled.
