Don't Try And 'Play' Harleighblu

Back in April, we got a taste of Harleighblu's hotly anticipated debut album, Forget Me Nots, with the track "Enough." The song gained traction amongst soul-orientated UK radio stations and recieved significant airplay, with many drawing the inevitable comparisons to Frank-era Amy Winehouse. Now Harleighblu has released "Play Me," the album's official single, and, while it does little to dispel those comparisons, it certainly has us eager to hear Forget Me Nots when it drops on October 14th. The song and its accompanying video, sees Harleighblu issuing a stern warning to her man, one he will have wished he had heeded given the video's outcome. The single drops July 29th via Tru Thoughts.
