One of our favorite albums of last year was undoubtedly DivaGeek's He Said, She Said. With its playful blend of R&B and pop, plus a fun, sassy attitude it was a truly original slice of contemporary soul music that not only made an appearance on our "Best Albums" list, but also gained the duo the title of 2012's Bounce-Worthy Artist Of The Year. Earlier this year Soul Features caught up with the duo at London's Red Bull Studio, where they performed the tracks "Money" and "Hangin' With You," taken from the album. Both tracks showcase their abundance of energy, with "Money" taking a tongue-in-cheek glimpse at the music industry and "Hangin' With You" taking the viewpoint of the female friend competing with a lover. In other news, DivaGeek have recently hit the studio with the one and only Lalah Hathaway, with whom they have an EP in the works. Consider our minds blown.
