Kelly Rowland Finally Airs Her 'Dirty Laundry'

While most of the initial push for Kelly Rowland's fourth solo effort Talk A Good Game was met with a less than enthusiastic response, her single "Dirty Laundry" definitely garnered some buzz and got tongues wagging (especially when it came to trying to figure out her unnamed abuser). Instead of going with the obvious laundromat theme that our man Rob hoped for with the song's video, though, Kelly opted for a more subtle and artistic visual interpretation. The clip opens as we see Kelly soaking in a shallow pool in a black swimsuit. And, for the most part, the clip stays there as a wet-haired Kelly emotes throughout the video's dimly-let set. We only get a break from the aquatic scene to see Kelly, looking fabulous, get red wine splashed all over her pretty white dress in a tense restaurant scene. While I like that she went for something a bit less obvious, I feel like we could've gotten something more, especially with this video coming two months after we first heard the record. Still, it does serve up some of the drama of the lyrics without being to literal. Take a look at the clip and let us know if you agree.
