K-Ci & JoJo are doing a whooooooooole lot in their new visuals for "Knock It Off," but it has yet to be determined exactly what that is. Other SoulBouncers weren't feeling the vocals or lyrics, but I was at least entertained by the efforts of the Hailey brothers. At the first utterance of K-Ci's "Ooooh yeah!" I knew I would be in for an adventure. But what used to be their confident swagger, accentuated by leather outfits and Timberland boots, has been replaced with an unsteady Cat Daddy two-step performed in very nice black and white suits. The flapper theme of the video was lost on me given the subject matter of the song, but oh well, IT'S K-CI AND JOJO! It wouldn't matter if they had put out a Nyan Cat video, I'd still wanna see it. As a Jodeci devotee I know it is not healthy to wish for that old thang back, so I'm just happy they are at least trying.
