There were heaps upon heaps of Whitney Houston tribute tracks to come out since the legendary chanteuse passed away nearly two years ago, but Yasmin's re-imagining of the misbegotten Kashif-produced synth funk joint "Thinking About You" has been by far one of my favorite tributes. Since it was so good (and well received), the London-based songstress decided to have Billon work their magic and revive what was her slow burner of a cover, and transform it into a palpitating up-tempo that is prime for the dance floor. The remix comes right on time for release as Houston's birthday is to be celebrated this week on August 9th. So instead of having the woes over Madame Nippy's absence, you should dance with somebody who loves you to this first-class re-fix.
