I love hearing songs with a '90's feel. For me, that period will always be the golden standard to which I hold all current R&B. Kirby Maurier's new song "I'm Jus Sayin" allows me to look back and forward at the same time. This song comes off like a Deborah Cox, Shanice or Tracie Spencer jam with a new school sheen. The production by Jackpot is perfect for summertime radio, and I can hear this track finding its way onto many warm weather playlists. Kirby's got some time to go before directly being compared to the aforementioned greats, but songs like this make me want to hear more.
