Robert Glasper Helps Us Get Deeper In Tune With 'Black Radio 2'

More and more I am starting to discover that Robert Glasper may be the music world equivalent of Kevin Bacon. Because he seems to have a history with any and everyone, he always seems to get great artists to feature on his albums. In two exclusive in-studio interviews, he goes into the making of two of Black Radio 2's tracks: "I Stand Alone," featuring Patrick Stump and Common and the seductive "Let It Ride" with Norah Jones. As we have heard many times with great collaborations, opportunity is key. Finding out that a musical colleague of yours is in town at the right time may find you a golden collaboration. Finding out whom Robert went to high school with, whom he grew up with and chance introductions gives us a better perspective of how he chooses his collaborators. Take a look at the videos and gain a deeper appreciation for Black Radio 2. [H/T: OKP]
