Get A Whiff Of Luke James' 'Strawberry Vapors'

So 2013 has come and is almost gone, and we still don't have Luke James' debut album in our hands. Despite that unfortunate fact, Mr. James has had a damn good year that's seen him enjoy his first GRAMMY nomination, snag the opening spot on Beyoncé's The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, make his feature film debut in a pretty substantial role in Black Nativity and continue to work his mojo with songs and videos from his Whispers in the Dark EP that dropped last December. To commemorate that project's upcoming first anniversary, Luke has delivered the music video for the song "Strawberry Vapors." In director Sarah McColgan's hands the visuals take an ethereal, surreal turn with Luke and his leading lady existing in a dream-like state where they go from laying in their respective beds to chilling in a forrest with smoke, flowers, a horse and a wolf. With a song about that kinda loving that's so good it makes you feel high, this video, which comes across like one long hallucination, totally makes sense. This clip for "Strawberry Vapors" signifies another hot video from the soulful hottie who's brought us some dope visuals this year with much more to come.
