The devil must be tap dancing on ice because for the first time in 10 years I'm actually looking forward to a new Usher album. "Good Kisser" and "She Came To Give It To You" have convinced me enough to note that Usher is to be bringing the goods on his upcoming Everything You Can Imagine set. While learning the secret of what "Good Kisser" is all about (Google it cause I ain't getting myself in trouble here...) was a tad shocking, it's more shocking to me how well this song is getting remixed. Actually I'm preferring the remixes to the original version, and as of now, Urban Noize have locked in on yet another remodeled winner with their take on Ursh's latest hit. This time instead of cranking the volume up, the vibe is chilled and "Good Kisser" slips into a sultry twilight sway that brings back times when Usher was taking things "Nice & Slow" with his lady love. It's almost unrecognizable, and shockingly makes even the original's clunky and childish lyrics sound like Usher is whispering sweet nothings in our ears.
