After major success with their UK releases, Hidden Beach recording artists Naturally 7 are setting the stage for their highly anticipated debut US album, Hidden In Plain Sight (Vox Maxiumus, Vol.1). We got our first taste earlier this year when they performed on the short-lived The Arsenio Hall Show. As a follow-up, they opted to film a video for their cover of “Fix You,” a stirring tune by British faves Coldplay.
While I was already a fan of the original song, nothing prepared me for what I experienced when I hit the play button on Naturally 7. Their sound was simply breathtaking. These talented men effortlessly combined impassioned vocal delivery and impeccably tight harmonic skills without sounding overwrought. And the visuals, which include concert footage from London’s O2 Arena, tender scenes of reunited military families and heartwarming examples of the triumph of the human spirit, moved me to the point where I’m no good for the rest of day. You guys enjoy the video while I go and get some tissues.
