If you haven't seen Adrian Marcel live, add it to your bucket list. The young crooner warmed the stage for tourmate Elle Varner on December 6th at the Howard Theatre. While his stage presence is still in the works, his voice (and looks) don't need any refining.

When Adrian stepped on stage, a few folks moved closer to see what the East Oakland native had to offer. By the time he finished singing his first track, audience members surrounding the stage more than tripled. Captivating the ladies in the house with his voice, he sang tracks like "Killa" and "Waiting" from his mixtape 7 Days Of Weak  and later "2AM" and "Spending the Night Alone." Adrian skillfully played with the female audience, even mistakenly flirting with someone's girlfriend. The Raphael Saadiq protégé didn't stop his brand of raunch there. Adrian belted out an a capella version of R. Kelly's "Bump N' Grind" that left the audience in awe of his voice.

Starting the show with an all-black outfit, by the end of it all, Adrian had stripped down to his tank top. If you're curious about this slick-haired, baby-faced crooner and want to hear more, his debut album, Got Me F**ked Up, comes out February 2015.
