When Anthony Hamilton's Home For The Holidays Tour pulled into Washington, DC he had some very special opening acts along for the ride. After an brief set by Mali Music, it was Leela James' turn to turn it out and the sassy soul siren didn't disappoint.

Leela rocked the house at DAR Constitution Hall with songs new and old from her catalog including her first big hit, "Music," through "Fall For You," taken from her most recent album of the same name. It was her cover songs, however, that really got the audience going, culminating with a rousing version of The Staple Singers' "Let's Do It Again" that got everyone on their feet to groove with and greet Leela as she hopped off stage and walked through aisles.
