No one fuses music and comedy quite like Jimmy Fallon, and we love him for his aural antics on The Tonight Show. Last Friday night he brought he musical foolery once again, and he even got actor Don Cheadle in on the act. During Cheadle's interview segment, the pair began to reminisce about all of the great television shows that have been filmed in The Tonight Show's studio, and one by the name of American Power Hour came up.

If you've never heard of American Power Hour, that's cool because it only existed on the same channel that Fallon's other favorite '80s show Dance Avenue did -- in the imagination of Jimmy and his writers. Once Don and Jimmy started reminiscing about their favorite '80s show, which was something along the lines of Star Search "where the stars go to shine," they remembered an act from the show whom they loved named Pleather & Jerry. And that's when the shenanigans began.

Backed by a funky drummer played by Questlove, Don and Jimmy made a quick change into the most ridiculous wigs and throwback outfits as Pleather & Jerry to sing their hit song "Girl, We Gon' Do It," where they broke down all the fast food seafood restaurant bathrooms where they were gonna get busy in. Oh, but that wasn't their only "hit," these fashionable fellas also rocked the stage with "Girl, We Just Did It" and "Girl, Let's Do It Again." The foolery was on fleek, and a description wouldn't even do it justice, so just press play below to watch these cats get down '80s R&B style. Or something like that.
