We've been enamored with Billie Black since she stormed on to our radar with the infectious electro soul of "I Don't Need Another Lover." We soon found out that the goodness didn't end there when she released her EP 000 100. The name of the project may have been an odd choice, but there was nothing wrong and everything right with these four tracks. This EP was a fine introduction to Billie Black's fresh talent. -- Butta
