After learning about Carmen Rodgers' new album, Stargazer, and hearing the first single "Heartless" late last year, we were intrigued, but we surely weren't prepared for just how fantastic this album would be. We quickly learned when Stargazer was finally released this month, led by current single "Charge," featuring Carmen and SoulBounce fave Anthony David. "Heartless" and "Charge" are but two of the 12 stellar cuts on this album, which should firmly place Carmen Rodgers in heavy rotation in 2015 and keep her there far beyond. -- Butta
