Back in 1999, Ma$e was one of the biggest rap stars ever, on one of the hottest labels ever, Bad Boy Records. Sitting on top of the world with Brandy, he decided to start his own record label, All Out Records. His first (and only) act was a group called Harlem World, featuring his twin sister, Baby Stace, and his homies from around the way, such as Bad Boy alum Loon.

However, the true breakout star from this project was Kanye. In addition to working on the project, Kanye got to work with one of his favorite rappers and influences. Ma$e was also a big fan of 'Ye, big upping the little homie in interviews. At one point, Pastor Ma$e was rumored to have joined West’s G.O.O.D. music imprint, but after the infamous line, “Don't leave while you’re hot, that’s how Ma$e screwed up…” on “Devil in Blue Dress,”  that will probably never come to fruition.
