When we left Omarion in 2015, he delivered the third installment of his Care Package mixtape series. To kick off the new year, O partners with Ghostface Killah to deliver the mid-tempo track "I Ain't Even Done." The crooner unveiled the single on Soulection's Beats 1 radio show this weekend and what we hear is a laid-back groove with elements of hip hop and Omarion's smooth vocals running atop of the infectious beat. "All the fighting, fussin’, back and forth discussion / I just want to get it done / If it’s a technicality / Its prolly over salary and I just want to get it done," sings Maybach O. Sounds like he's not here for the shenanigans. And neither is Ghostface, who adds his lyrical gold to the track, giving it the edge that the R&B singer could use every now and then.
Looks like there's a lot in store for Omarion this year and we'll be right here waiting to see what else he's got brewing. We're on the lookout for Omarion’s album Reasons later this year.
