It’s safe to say Chrisette Michele is back but she's brand new. She’s got new music on a new record label, a new sound, a new look and a new video for the song “Unbreakable.” In it, she is happy and carefree with bursts of color and energy set against a minimal white background.

What’s at the foreground? As the CEO of her new imprint Rich Hipster (via Caroline/Capitol Records), Michele is calling the shots now. It appears that she wanted the focus of her new video to be the lyrics that were written on the day she got engaged to on-again/off-again boyfriend and manager, Doug “Biggs” Ellison. In the visual, she rocks longer blonde hair and surprises us all with full choreography. Clever lyrics and flirty, feminine colorways help to express that Chrisette is both happy and in love.

“Unbreakable” is Chrisette’s latest single from her upcoming project, Milestone. She’s moving fast to its release, dropping "Equal," her collaboration with longtime friend Rick Ross, just last week. The first single, “Steady,” was an introduction to Chrisette’s take on the popular new trap soul trend that seems to continue with each new track. Each of these singles showcase Chrisette’s ability to deliver no matter the genre, as she delivers cleverly-penned lyrics over mid-tempo beats with ease. Chrisette’s new album Milestone is currently available for pre-order via Amazon and iTunes and drops on June 10th. There’s no slowing down this “rich hipster” as The Milestone Tour is set to begin July 2d.
