Emily King Trades Places With Tituss Burgess In 'BYIMM' Video

Emily-King-Tituss-Burgess-BYIMM-Still

Is it possible to love Emily King any more than we already do? The answer to that, friends, is a resounding yes. While we already gushed about her most recent album The Switch and celebrated its newly released reissue and new track "BYIMM," we weren't prepared for Emily to have us fall in love with the single all over again. She manages to do just that, though, with the release of the song's official video — and she happens to do it with a little help from the one-and-only Tituss Burgess.

For the three-minute clip, Tituss (of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and "Peeno Noir" fame) acts as a stand-in for the petite and pompadoured singer-songwriter. Decked out in a monochromatic outfit consisting of red turtleneck, blazer and pants, he moves around an empty room in Brooklyn as he mouths the lyrics to the self-love track for the one-take wonder. While Tituss takes the flowery verses, the camera flips to Emily, who's dressed in the same all-red everything color scheme, once the beat flips to the song's funky B-section as she delivers all the sass the camera can take. Tituss is back soon enough though, with the two coming together at the end to serve fierceness and moon for the camera until the very last note.

Check out the fun clip right here and be sure to pick up the deluxe edition of The Switch, which is available now.
