Jidenna, that always dapper dandy out of Janelle Monáe's Wondaland camp, is readying to take the world by storm with his upcoming debut Long Live The Chief, but first, it looks like the red-haired gent made some time for a bit of island R&R with the video for his latest single "Little Bit More."
The clip finds our boy J arriving at a Caribbean island by boat only to be enchanted by a curly-haired beauty sunbathing on the beach. Dipped in his finest sunshine yellow duds (sidenote: Is Jidenna contractually obligated to be in nothing less than two pieces of a three-piece suit?), he romances the cutie, first at a chance encounter on a deck and then at a party that just so happens to be swaying to the rhythm of his newest single. As partygoers of all shades revel and cavort to the island rhythms, it looks as though Jidenna's charms have successfully wooed the young lady. We then see her in the morning fixing her 'fro in the mirror, only to have a grinning and uncharacteristically disheveled looking Jidenna stumble out to say good morning.
While we knew that Jidenna knew how to get down with "Classic Man," it's nice to see that he's a man of many sides. Get ready to wine when you check out the clip below.
