While we're in the throes of a balmy summer, what might help us beat the heat is looking forward to the crisp chill of the fall that will inevitably come much too soon. Allow Hamilton's Leslie Odom, Jr. to help with that. The actor and singer, who's coming off a triumphant Tony Award win for his role as Aaron Burr in the hit musical, recently released his self-titled solo album, which features a mix of jazz standards, Broadway staples and blues. He also just released a brand new video for his delightfully chilly jazz single "Autumn Leaves."

The song, popularized by the likes of Nat King Cole and Edith Piaf, gets revamped with a swinging samba rhythm and melodic piano as Leslie tells the familiar tale of loving and losing. He captures the song's feel in the accompanying video. Tones of red and gold saturate the palette of the video as Leslie plays a heartbroken jazz singer pouring his sadness into song. As he stands on stage in the hazy club, we see his memories of the love he had as the nattily dressed Odom traverses across New York City and his lady gradually pulls away.
