Just a few months ago, SoulBounce fave Eric Roberson announced that he would be the host of a new cruise brand setting sail to Cuba in 2017, The Soul Cruise. According to the website, it's a more intimate and exclusive version of the Capital Jazz SuperCruise, which will not only incorporate music but will expose cruisers to the cultural attractions of Cuba. The lineup, however, makes the cruise just as appealing as the destination. Lalah Hathaway, Kem, Rahsaan Patterson, Naturally 7, Frank McComb, Avery*Sunshine, Kenny Lattimore and Mint Condition will all set soulful sail from February 19th-26th, 2017, with even more acts to be announced in the coming months.
